You're not alone! Here are the frequent questions we hear, and their answers!

You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions or by purchasing items on the site! Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!

You can make a code on this page for a set amount, or use the slider at checkout to create a code for your exact order total. If you're using ShopPay, unfortunately our rewards provider Yotpo is still in the process of enabling the ability to use the slider there, so you'd need to create a code on this page.

Make sure you're logged in and they'll appear at the top of this page, as well as on your profile page.

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion or check out!

Rewards points and/or store credit may be applied towards item(s) cost and cannot be combined or used towards shipping fees or taxes. Not applicable to gift card purchases.

Yes, points expire after 1 year of non-use!

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

You cannot, however if you are logged into your account and proceed to checkout, you'll find a sliding scale that will let you use all points available!

If your state collects taxes on our site, or if your item ships freight/white glove, those funds head directly to the state or the carriers. We unfortunately cannot give rewards points on that portion of your order total!

If you use the sliding scale at checkout while logged in, there is no minimum. You can use however many points you want to. The above codes on this page start at 200 points. It's up to you which you decide to choose!

Currently, everyone is entered into Tier 1 of our rewards program, unfortunately at the moment our rewards partner Yotpo hasn't enabled the functionality for multiple tiers our plan.
